Originally introduced earlier this year but then pulled in March, the new Open with menu is supposed to give the context menu a highly anticipated modern refresh, especially as Microsoft is working non-stop on overhauling the operating system from one end to another.
The Redmond-based software giant says it has managed to introduce several important performance improvements, so in theory, opening the new and modern menu should now feel snappier and more responsive.
