Samsung Teases Mysterious New Smartphone for 2021
Now that the Galaxy S21 is alive and kicking, Samsung can concentrate on what’s next for the company. And as it turns out, there’s something big planned in the short term, with the South Koreans recently teasing new “form factor designs” that it can’t detail right now.CFO and president Yoon-Ho Choi said earlier this week that Samsung wants to continue to invest in foldable devices, yet this is something that perfectly makes sense given the South Koreans are a leader in this market.
“In 2021, we will continue to strengthen our Z Fold and Z Flip lineup with the aim of popularizing the foldable form factor. In the case of the Z Fold, it will solidify its positioning in the super premium segment especially highlighting the usability it offers with a large screen, for example, for entertainment or productivity, cases,” Choi said.
