Microsoft Says All Xbox Live Outages Would Be Resolved in a Few Days

The experience with Xbox Live has left a lot to be desired lately, as playing games – including those that are digitally purchased and don’t include a cloud component – has been quite an adventure lately.

The outages that have become more widespread throughout the weekend made the whole thing quite a struggle for gamers out there, with Microsoft rapidly stepping in and acknowledging the problems.

The company first admitted there was something going on with Xbox games on May 7.

“We’re aware that some users are unable to purchase & launch games or start Cloud Gaming sessions. Our teams are investigating. Please keep an eye here and on our status page for updates,” it said.

The work on fixes continues

A few hours later, the company confirmed the fixes were rolling out to users.
