The new build is Windows 10 version 21H2 build 19044.1862, and it is available for insiders enrolled in the Windows Insider program in the Release Preview channel. It shows up on Windows Update as KB5015878.
According to the official changelog, Windows 10 users are now allowed to enable urgent notifications when focus assist is enabled. Furthermore, Microsoft says it has added Windows Autopilot improvements as well.
