Microsoft Brings the Fluent Treatment to More Parts of Windows 11

The whole thing, however, takes place gradually, and Neowin has observed that the most recent preview build shipped by Microsoft to users enrolled in the Windows Insider program in the Dev channel comes with Fluent in more parts of the OS.
More specifically, Windows 11 now comes with modern refinements in the Windows shut down UI and the Windows Recovery screen that users can load when they reset Windows.
