Microsoft Acknowledges Issue Causing Message Delays on Microsoft Teams
Microsoft has officially acknowledged an issue hitting Microsoft Teams and causing message delays as well as live events.
The company confirmed on Twitter the whole thing only affects users in North America and South America are affected, revealing that a fix is being worked on as we speak.
“We’re investigating an issue in which users located in North America may be experiencing delays when receiving chat messages within Microsoft Teams. Additional information can be found in the admin center under TM240228,” Microsoft said in the original tweet posted a few minutes ago.
“We’ve determined that Teams live events may also be impacted by this issue, and we’ve confirmed that users located in South America may also experience impact. Additional information can be found in the admin center under TM240228,” the company later added.
