FIFA Will Become EA Sports FC in 2023

After 30 years of owning the FIFA franchise, EA is now going back to basics, although not entirely. The publisher will continue to license all the players, stadiums, teams, and leagues, just like it did until now, so from this point of view, it’s business as usual.
Along with the name change, EA also promised that EA Sports FC will continue to include Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs and VOLTA Football. The publisher confirmed that its licensing portfolio of more than 19,000 players, 700+ teams, 100+ stadiums and 30 leagues will be included in EA Sports FC too.
